Ordering, Shipping and Booked out dates.

When ordering with us these terms and conditions apply to all orders.

- All orders must be paid in full before receiving your order, either through our website or invoice . 

- Any order that is cancelled within 24 hours of collection will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Baker Bren's takes no responsibility for any damage to any cake or dessert once it has been delivered or whilst in the post. Please follow all cake care instructions. If no one is at your delivery address to receive your order, it will be left in a safe spot. If there is no safe spot to leave your order a redelivery fee will be charged. 

- In the event that Baker Bren's needs to cancel an order a full refund will be provided.

Ordering and Shipping T&Cs

 

All orders are hand delivered by our team or by AUS post (for non local deliveries)

10am cut off for next day delivery or shipping unless sold out prior 

 For all local deliveries the delivery fees are as follows:

Local Delivery Charge: $8

Express Post: $12

The current postcodes available for hand delivery are :

All local deliveries are carried out between 12pm and 6pm daily on your selected date. 

All non local deliveries are delivered with AUS Post express service to ensure freshness. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

Where an order is damaged or wrong due to a mistake made by Baker Bren's we will replace or refund your order.
